My first presentation at the Nederland Community Library for The Mountain Pine Beetle on June 23, 2011,was a success. Colorado State Forest Service forester Allen Owen was with me, and we showed slides and talked about the mountain pine beetle. I will be talking to a class at Nederland Elementary School in August.

I was at the Nederland Community Library, 200 N Highway 72, on Wednesday, April 13, to present a slideshow and talk about Nederland’s history in conjunction with the release of Around Nederland.

On Sunday, April 17, I was at the Englewood Library’s Meet the Faces Behind the Books. This event was free and a great chance to meet a lot of Colorado authors and readers. Englewood Public Library, 1000 Englewood Pkwy., Englewood, Colorado.
